Return & Refund Policy

At Ohmydes, we always try our best to make sure that you are fully satisfied with every product you order. However, if you would like to return or exchange any item, you should read through the Return & Refund Policy.

1. Exchange or Cancellation

All of our products are custom-made. If you wish to amend your order, please do so immediately and no beyond 12 hours of placing an order. After 12 hours, your order will have entered production and can no longer be modified. In case of choosing the wrong style or size of the shoe, the buyers take all risks and no returns or refunds will be allowed.

2. Lost Orders

If an order is lost in transit, we will dispatch a replacement to you at our expense. You will be provided with a tracking number, which we use to determine if an order has been lost or delivered.

3. Incorrect or Missing Address

In case there are mistakes in the shipping address or you provide the wrong one and as a result the order is returned back to us, please do reach out to us and we shall assist you.

4. Return Policy or Replacement

We recommend that if the product you got has any of the following problems, kindly contact us through the order support email or on the website with images of the error accompanied by your order number. We will refund or replace the item once the issue is verified:

The printed image is not clear.
The printed image is not centered on the sign.
You received the wrong item compared to your order.
The sign is damaged due to delivery (torn, dirty, etc.).

The sign is not the right size, color, or style compared to your order.
Any other mistakes caused by us.

Note: Returns are only accepted when the item has not been used and is in the same condition as when you received it.
We will not take responsibility of the size, if it was prepared according to your specifications. In case of shipping the wrong size compared to the order, we will follow the above policy.

5. Refunds Policy

The refund will be made directly to the credit card or the original form of payment that you used to pay for the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. You will receive a full refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate order (we will cancel and refund one for you).
  • Your item(s) have not been received within 30 days or you received a damaged/faulty item (see conditions in the Return Policy). We will prioritize replacement orders, and you do not need to return the item(s). However, if you still wish to get back your money, we will process the store credit or refund once we receive the returned item(s) from you.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Items must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  2. The product must be in the same condition it was received, complete with packaging, stickers, and tags.
  3. You are required to present a receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. The return shipping costs are your responsibility.
